BulkProof is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps small retailers and DTC brands vet wholesale suppliers and bulk listings before placing large orders. It combines traditional workflows with AI to flag fraud patterns, inconsistent business details, suspicious catalogs, and risky payment terms. Users upload a proforma invoice, supplier website, business registration info, and chat logs; BulkProof generates a risk report with a clear pass/warn/fail score, evidence links, and recommended next questions to ask. It also offers lightweight escrow guidance and a “verified document checklist” to reduce chargeback and wire-loss disasters. Brutal truth: you won’t stop every scam, and you can’t replace due diligence or legal counsel. But you can dramatically reduce obvious losses and wasted time, especially for first-time importers and buyers sourcing from unfamiliar regions.
