BundleForge

BundleForge is a web app that lets ecommerce teams create high-converting product bundles, kits, and volume breaks without touching theme code. Instead of generic “bundle apps,” it focuses on operationally-realistic bundles: shared inventory rules, substitution logic (if SKU A is out, swap to SKU B), and margin guardrails so you don’t accidentally discount into losses. Users pick products, define bundle logic, and publish to Shopify/WooCommerce via a lightweight widget and cart rules. It includes simple A/B testing for bundle layouts and pricing, plus analytics that tie bundle exposure to revenue and profit. This is not a magic growth machine—most stores will see modest gains—but it solves a common, measurable problem: increasing average order value while keeping fulfillment and inventory sane. Pricing is subscription-based with usage tiers based on orders and experiments.
