Buyers shop bundles with clear value per item, pickup/shipping options, and straightforward condition standards. The AI component suggests bundle groupings, price ranges based on local comps, and a simple checklist to reduce disputes (stains, pilling, missing snaps). The app also supports “bundle swaps” at local meetups and drop-off points (optional partnerships) to reduce shipping pain. Monetization is a small transaction fee plus optional seller boosts. The goal is not to beat giant marketplaces on breadth—it's to win on speed and low-effort selling for overwhelmed parents.
