BunkerProof

BunkerProof is a web + mobile app that standardizes and hardens bunker delivery evidence for ship operators and bunker suppliers. It guides crews and barge staff through a structured checklist during delivery (timestamps, GPS, photos/video, seal numbers, meter readings, density/temperature snapshots, sample bottle chain-of-custody, and signed digital BDN package). It then auto-generates a dispute-ready dossier and shares it with counterparties and internal teams. This is a combination traditional + AI app: traditional workflows for capture and compliance, plus AI to flag anomalies (e.g., inconsistent timestamps, suspicious photo reuse, missing sample steps, outlier density vs. expected) and to summarize events into a clean incident narrative. The goal is not “analytics for fun”—it’s reducing costly, time-draining bunker quantity/quality disputes and accelerating claims handling with better evidence.
