ButlerBrief is a web + mobile app for five-star hotels that generates a one-page “VIP arrival brief” for each guest: preferences, past issues, celebration context, itinerary, and service pitfalls to avoid. It pulls structured data from the PMS/CRM, merges it with staff notes, and lets teams add last-minute intel (e.g., “prefers quiet elevator,” “allergic to tuberose”). The AI summarizes messy notes into actionable bullets and suggests service checklists by guest type (family, executive, celebrity, medical needs). It also includes a shift-handoff view so day/night teams don’t drop details. Realistically, hotels already have data; the problem is it’s scattered, inconsistent, and unreadable under time pressure. This app wins by making staff faster and more consistent, not by pretending to replace human luxury service.
