When something degrades (downgrade, broken seat, missing lounge access, misconnected bags, involuntary reroute), it generates airline-specific, policy-cited claims and submits them through the right channels (web forms, email, or supported APIs), tracking deadlines and evidence. It also prompts you in real time to capture the proof airlines actually accept (seat photos, boarding pass, delay reasons, receipts). The app focuses on outcomes: cash/points compensation, fare difference refunds, and reimbursement—rather than generic “travel assistant” fluff. Monetization is straightforward: subscription for frequent flyers and a success fee for recovered value.
