CabinCred is a web + mobile app that helps yacht charter brokers and management companies pre-screen guests to reduce chargebacks, onboard incidents, and last-minute cancellations. Guests complete a fast, privacy-forward verification flow (ID check, sanctions/PEP screening, payment method validation, and optional behavioral references from prior charters). The operator gets a simple risk summary and recommended next steps (approve, request deposit increase, require security staff, or decline) with an audit trail for insurers and owners. It also centralizes signed waivers, house rules acknowledgment, and incident reporting so the crew isn’t chasing paperwork on boarding day. This is not a “luxury concierge” app; it’s a risk and compliance layer that fits into existing charter workflows and reduces the ugly problems owners actually care about.
