CabinetClock

CabinetClock is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for executive and administrative offices to capture decisions made in meetings and convert them into accountable actions with deadlines, dependencies, and audit-ready evidence. Instead of yet another task list, it focuses on the reality of government: approvals, routing, versioned memos, and “who signed off, when, and why.” Staff can log a decision in under a minute, attach the supporting memo, assign an owner, and track required clearances (legal, budget, comms). A lightweight AI layer suggests action items from meeting notes and flags missing elements (no due date, no authority, unclear owner), but humans stay in control. The system produces weekly “decision-to-delivery” dashboards and can export a clean audit trail for oversight bodies. It’s designed for small teams that can’t afford a full enterprise suite and need something that actually gets used.
