CabinetFit is a mobile + web app that prevents the most common kitchen shopping mistake: buying storage, organizers, small appliances, or cookware that doesn’t actually fit your cabinets, drawers, shelves, or counter space. Users create a “space profile” by scanning key areas (drawer, cabinet, pantry shelf, fridge shelf) with their phone camera, then save accurate dimensions and clearance constraints (door hinge intrusion, drawer lip, under-shelf height). When shopping, they paste a product link or scan a barcode in-store; the app checks fit, flags conflicts, and suggests the best location. It also tracks “fit notes” like handle orientation, cord length, and stackability. This is not glamorous, but it’s practical: fewer returns, fewer wasted purchases, and less kitchen clutter. Monetization: freemium with a paid tier for unlimited spaces, household sharing, and retailer integrations.
