CabinetProof

CabinetProof is a secure web app (with optional mobile companion) that standardizes how ministries prepare, review, approve, and archive cabinet submissions and decisions. It replaces email chains and scattered documents with a single workflow: submission templates, inter-ministry comments, version control, legal/finance sign-offs, and a final decision record that is automatically packaged for audit and parliamentary questions. It’s a combination traditional + AI app: AI assists by extracting key fields from draft memos, flagging missing attachments, checking policy/format compliance, and generating a neutral “decision summary” for the official record—while keeping humans in control. Realistically, the hardest part isn’t the software; it’s procurement, security accreditation, and change management. The product is designed to be deployable on government cloud or on-prem, with strict role-based access and immutable logs to reduce disputes about “who approved what, when.”
