CabinetPulse is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that standardizes how ministries report progress on cabinet priorities. It replaces scattered slide decks, WhatsApp updates, and last-minute briefing scrambles with a single weekly cadence: each ministry submits outcomes, blockers, budget variances, and next-week commitments against agreed KPIs. An AI layer drafts concise cabinet-ready briefs, highlights cross-ministry dependencies, and flags “red” items that need executive decisions. The app provides a live delivery dashboard for the executive office, plus audit-friendly history of who committed to what and when. Brutal reality: selling to government is slow, political, and procurement-heavy; this only works if it’s secure, boring, and integrates with existing workflows. The value is not fancy analytics—it’s forcing consistent reporting and decision-making discipline across ministries.
