CabinPulse is a mobile + web app for summer camps that helps staff capture lightweight, structured wellbeing signals on each camper (mood, participation, conflicts, homesickness risk, injuries) in under 30 seconds per day. It turns messy notes and radio chatter into a searchable timeline and flags patterns early so counselors can intervene before issues escalate. Parents don’t get a firehose of updates; they get scheduled, camp-approved summaries and only urgent notifications when policy allows. Directors get dashboards for cabin hotspots, incident trends, staffing coverage, and compliance checklists. The app is designed for low-connectivity environments with offline-first entry and later sync. This is not a “cute camp social feed”—it’s operational hygiene: fewer surprises, better documentation, and calmer parent communication. If you can’t prove what happened and when, you lose time, trust, and sometimes liability.
