CafeCue

CafeCue is a mobile + web app for small coffee shops that forecasts hourly drink demand and turns it into simple prep and staffing cues. You connect your POS exports (or enter daily totals manually), log a few basics (weather, nearby events, opening hours, promo days), and the app produces a day plan: expected orders by hour, suggested batch brew volumes, cold brew pull timing, and a “waste guardrail” that flags when you’re over-prepping. It also tracks key operational metrics that owners actually care about: waste %, out-of-stock incidents, average ticket, and labor-to-sales by daypart. This is not a magical autopilot—forecasts will be wrong sometimes—but it’s better than gut feel and spreadsheets. The MVP focuses on one job: reduce waste and stockouts without adding manager overhead.
