CafeMargin is a mobile + web app for small coffee and tea shops that calculates true per-drink profitability in minutes. You enter recipes (grams of coffee/tea, milk, syrups), supplier costs, waste rates, cup/lid prices, labor minutes, and card fees; the app outputs margin per item, break-even price, and which menu items quietly lose money. It includes a simple “price change simulator” to test new prices and see expected impact on gross profit, plus a weekly cost-change alert when a supplier invoice increases. This is not a consumer coffee hobby app; it’s a lightweight operator tool for owners who don’t have time for spreadsheets. The MVP focuses on fast setup, realistic defaults, and clear actions: raise price, change recipe, swap supplier, or remove an item.
