CaffeineCut

CaffeineCut is a mobile app (with an optional web dashboard) that helps people manage caffeine and sugar intake by logging real beverages they buy—coffee, energy drinks, soda, tea, and bottled drinks. Users scan a barcode or search a product, then the app estimates caffeine, sugar, and timing impact, and links it to sleep quality and anxiety/jitters symptoms. It suggests “swap paths” (e.g., 300mg energy drink → 160mg cold brew → half-caf → decaf) and sets taper plans to avoid withdrawal headaches. It’s an AI + traditional app: AI helps interpret ambiguous drinks (custom café orders, sizes, add-ons) and generates personalized taper schedules based on user goals and sensitivity. The app is honest: it won’t magically fix sleep, but it can make caffeine reduction measurable and realistic with minimal friction.
