Techs scan cage cards/room sheets, log observations, treatments, environmental checks, and exceptions in seconds, even offline in animal rooms. The system auto-builds an audit trail (who/what/when/where), flags overdue checks, and generates IACUC/AAALAC-ready reports without manual compilation. An AI assistant helps standardize free-text notes into controlled vocabularies, suggests follow-up actions based on facility SOPs, and highlights patterns (e.g., recurring wet bedding, weight loss clusters) before they become reportable events.
