Keepers get role-based checklists per enclosure with time windows, photo proof, and quick exception logging (e.g., refused food, abnormal stool, aggression, equipment damage). Supervisors see real-time completion, overdue tasks, and trend summaries without chasing paper logs or radio updates. The app is designed for messy, offline environments: it works without signal and syncs when back online. It’s not a miracle “AI zookeeper”—it’s a practical operations tool with light AI that flags anomalies (missed steps, unusual refusal patterns) and drafts shift handover notes from structured entries. Expect resistance if it adds clicks; the UI must be faster than paper to survive.
