CalibGuard
CalibGuard is a desktop + web app for robotics teams that continuously validates camera/LiDAR/IMU calibration quality using real logs and short capture sessions. It ingests ROS bag files or live streams, runs automated checks (time sync drift, extrinsic instability, rolling-shutter artifacts, LiDAR ring misalignment, IMU bias anomalies), and produces a simple “ship/no-ship” report with actionable fixes. The product focuses on perception reliability, not fancy ML demos: it flags when calibration has silently degraded after a sensor bump, temperature change, or mounting tweak—issues that routinely cause weeks of debugging and field failures. It also tracks calibration versions per robot, compares fleets, and integrates into CI so every new build or hardware change triggers a validation run. Expect some setup friction (sensor models, targets, data formats), but once configured it becomes a boring, repeatable gate that prevents expensive perception regressions.
