CalibraLoop is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams add-on) that runs lightweight performance calibration cycles for managers before reviews are finalized. Instead of bloated HR suites, it focuses on the ugliest, most common failure: inconsistent standards across teams that create resentment, attrition, and legal risk. Managers submit draft ratings and short evidence snippets; the app flags outliers, missing evidence, and “grade inflation/deflation” patterns, then guides a structured calibration meeting agenda. An AI assistant summarizes evidence, detects vague feedback, and suggests clearer, behavior-based phrasing—without auto-writing fake praise. HR gets audit trails, bias-risk indicators, and a simple export to your existing HRIS. It’s not a full performance management platform; it’s a narrow bolt-on that makes whatever process you already have less chaotic and less unfair, with minimal change management.
