CalibreCare is a web + mobile app for independent watchmakers and luxury repair shops to run transparent, photo-backed service workflows. It creates a standardized “condition intake” record (macro photos, timing machine readings, water-resistance test results, serial/reference notes) and turns it into a customer-facing estimate and approval flow. Customers can approve line items, see parts lead times, and receive milestone updates without calling the shop. For the shop, it centralizes job tickets, parts ordering notes, warranty terms, and before/after evidence to reduce chargebacks and “you scratched it” arguments. An AI layer helps draft estimates from intake data, flags missing evidence (e.g., no crown photo), and suggests common service bundles by movement type—while keeping the watchmaker in control. Realistically, it wins by being boringly reliable, not flashy.
