CalibTrail

CalibTrail is a web + mobile app for monitoring sensor health and feedback-loop integrity in industrial and lab environments. Instead of just charting readings, it tracks calibration status, drift likelihood, and “trust scores” per sensor/channel using simple statistical checks (baseline deviation, stuck-at detection, noise spikes, cross-sensor correlation). It alerts when a sensor is probably lying—before operators tune controllers or file reports based on bad inputs. CalibTrail also maintains an audit-ready calibration trail: who calibrated what, with which reference, when it expires, and what changed afterward. The MVP focuses on common inputs (4–20mA, Modbus, MQTT) and exports clean data to existing SCADA/BI tools rather than replacing them. This is not magic: it won’t fix broken hardware, but it will surface problems earlier and reduce costly downtime, scrap, and compliance headaches.
