Call2CRM is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that converts recorded or live sales/support calls into structured CRM-ready data: contact details, company info, pain points, objections, next steps, follow-up dates, and deal stage. Users upload audio, connect their CRM, and choose a template (Sales Discovery, Support Triage, Renewal, etc.). The app produces a review screen with highlighted evidence snippets so reps can quickly approve or edit before pushing updates to HubSpot/Salesforce/Pipedrive. It also flags missing essentials (budget, authority, timeline) and generates a concise call summary for internal notes. This is an AI app with traditional workflow safeguards: confidence scores, required-field validation, and audit logs. The goal is not “perfect transcription,” but reliable field extraction that reduces admin time and improves CRM hygiene without forcing reps to type after every call.
