CallPilotAI is a desktop AI copilot that listens to your meetings and watches what’s on your screen (with explicit per-app permissions) to help you respond faster and more accurately. During calls, it generates suggested replies, pulls relevant context from your open documents and tabs, and can quietly research answers in the background. After the call, it produces a structured summary, decisions, action items, and follow-up emails. It includes a lightweight RAG workspace where you can connect company docs (Notion/Google Drive/PDFs) so answers are grounded in your knowledge base, not generic web output. A “privacy-first” mode keeps processing local when possible and shows a clear activity log of what was captured, when, and why. The goal is to reduce cognitive load in high-stakes calls while keeping users in control of data and automation.
