CallProof is an AI speech-recognition web app (with optional desktop recorder) that creates tamper-evident transcripts and summaries for calls where accuracy and auditability matter: sales commitments, customer support disputes, HR conversations, and vendor negotiations. It records audio (or ingests Zoom/Meet files), produces a diarized transcript, then generates a “claim ledger” of key statements (prices, deadlines, promises) with timestamped audio snippets. Each transcript is hashed and stored with an immutable audit trail so teams can prove what was said and when—without relying on someone’s notes. It also flags risky language (e.g., compliance issues, unapproved discounts) and lets managers review only the highlighted moments instead of full recordings. This is not a generic meeting-notes app; it’s built for defensibility, retrieval, and accountability. Realistically, it will live or die on accuracy, integrations, and trust/security posture.
