CallSheetIQ

CallSheetIQ is a web + mobile app that creates and maintains call sheets and daily schedules for indie and mid-tier film productions without the usual spreadsheet chaos. You enter cast/crew, locations, scenes, and constraints (union rules, turnaround, travel time, meal penalties), then the app generates a draft call sheet and flags likely problems before they become expensive. It also handles last-minute changes: push a new call time, auto-notify affected departments, and keep an audit trail of what changed and when. This is a combination traditional + AI app: traditional for reliable data entry, permissions, and distribution; AI to suggest optimized call times, detect conflicts, and summarize changes for each department. Realistically, it won’t replace an experienced AD, but it can remove repetitive admin work and reduce avoidable scheduling mistakes.
