CallSheetly is a web + mobile app that turns messy scheduling and last-minute crew changes into publish-ready call sheets in minutes. Producers input the day’s scenes, locations, cast, and departments; crew members confirm availability and travel time via a lightweight mobile check-in; and the app generates a call sheet with smart defaults (parking, nearest hospital, weather, sunrise/sunset, contact lists). It’s not a full production management suite—those are expensive and heavy. Instead, it focuses on the one document that always breaks under pressure. The AI layer suggests call times based on prior days, union-style turnaround rules you configure, and location travel buffers, then flags conflicts (missing releases, minors, meal penalties risk). Exports to PDF and shares via link/SMS/email with read receipts and version history so everyone knows what’s current.
