CalmClause is a mobile + web AI-assisted app that helps families de-escalate recurring conflicts by converting messy arguments into clear, trackable agreements. Each person records a short “what I need” statement (text or voice). The app summarizes positions, flags likely triggers (money, chores, parenting, caregiving), and proposes a neutral “family clause” both sides can edit—e.g., quiet hours, visit frequency, spending limits, childcare handoffs. It then schedules check-ins, logs whether the agreement was followed, and prompts quick repair steps when someone breaks it. It’s not therapy and won’t fix abusive situations; it’s a lightweight structure for families who keep having the same fight and need something concrete. Privacy-first design and optional share links let users include a mediator, counselor, or trusted relative when needed.
