CalmCue

CalmCue is a mobile + web app for special-needs caregivers to log behavior incidents in under 10 seconds and turn them into usable patterns. Instead of long narrative notes, staff tap quick fields (antecedent, setting, demand level, sensory factors, response, duration) and optionally add a short voice note. The app generates simple trend views (time-of-day heatmaps, trigger frequency, de-escalation effectiveness) and produces shareable summaries for parents, therapists, and school teams. It’s designed for real childcare environments: offline-first, one-hand use, and minimal typing. An AI assistant can suggest likely triggers and draft neutral, compliant language for reports, but the caregiver remains in control. The goal isn’t to “diagnose” anything—it’s to reduce documentation burden and make support plans more consistent across shifts and settings.
