CalmLedger

CalmLedger is a web + mobile app for teachers to log, structure, and follow up on classroom conflicts in under 60 seconds. Instead of vague notes, it guides staff through a consistent template: trigger, participants, severity, de-escalation steps used, student reflection, and next action. It then turns entries into timelines and patterns (e.g., recurring peer pairings, time-of-day spikes) and generates printable, admin-friendly summaries for parent calls, IEP/504 meetings, and referrals. An AI assistant can draft neutral, legally safer language and suggest evidence-based next steps (restorative prompt, seating change, check-in plan) without pretending to “solve” behavior. The goal is operational: reduce repeat incidents by making follow-through easier and documentation defensible. This is not a SEL game; it’s a workflow tool that fits real school constraints.
