CalmPaws

CalmPaws is a mobile + web app for therapy-animal handlers and the facilities that host them (hospitals, schools, senior living). It replaces messy sign-in sheets and vague “we visited” notes with a simple, defensible session record: who was present, where it occurred, duration, goals, and incident notes. The app generates facility-ready visit summaries and handler-ready logs for renewals, insurance, and program reporting. An AI assistant turns quick voice notes into structured documentation, flags missing fields, and suggests neutral, compliant language (no medical claims). Facilities get a lightweight dashboard to approve visits, view aggregate impact metrics (hours served, units visited), and export reports for compliance and grants. This is not a feel-good social network; it’s a documentation and coordination tool that reduces admin time and reduces risk when something goes wrong.
