CalmScript is a mobile app (with optional web dashboard) that delivers short, situation-specific “regulation scripts” you can run in under 3 minutes: breathing patterns, micro-movements, grounding prompts, and short self-talk lines. Instead of generic mood tracking, users pick what’s happening right now (e.g., pre-meeting dread, conflict spiral, doomscrolling, bedtime rumination) and the app serves a concise protocol with a timer and one-tap completion. An AI layer can personalize scripts based on what worked previously, time of day, and user preferences (no long journaling required). The app focuses on repeatable, measurable routines: streaks for “used a script,” not “felt happy.” It also includes a “panic mode” offline pack and a lightweight reflection after each session to improve recommendations. This is not therapy; it’s practical self-regulation training.
