CampConcier

CampConcier is a mobile + web app for high-end safari travelers and their travel advisors that centralizes the messy parts of multi-camp itineraries: baggage limits, charter flight rules, dietary/medical notes, packing lists by camp, and real-time schedule changes. It connects to participating lodges/operators to pull confirmed details (flight manifests, rooming lists, activity times), then pushes a single, polished itinerary to the guest with offline access for remote areas. It also includes a “last-mile” concierge workflow: pre-clearing special requests, tracking confirmations, and flagging risks like tight connections, park permit deadlines, or incompatible luggage. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI drafts packing and health prep guidance from the itinerary and guest profile, but humans (advisor/operator) remain the source of truth for bookings and approvals.
