CampRoster

CampRoster is a mobile + web app for summer camps to run fast, auditable check-in/out and daily attendance without clipboards, spreadsheets, or “who picked up this kid?” confusion. Staff scan a QR code on a parent’s phone (or printed badge) to check campers in/out, capture pickup authorization, and log late fees automatically. It includes real-time headcounts by group, allergy/medical flags visible at scan time, and incident notes tied to a camper profile. Parents get a lightweight portal for pickup passes, emergency contact updates, and push notifications for schedule changes. This is a traditional app with a small AI assist: it can auto-draft incident summaries and detect attendance anomalies (e.g., camper marked present but never checked in). The goal is boring reliability—because camps don’t forgive operational mistakes.
