CampSnap is a mobile + web app that helps summer camps share safe, organized photo updates with parents without turning counselors into full-time content creators. Staff can snap photos, auto-tag by cabin/activity via quick rosters, and publish to a private, permissioned feed. Parents see only their child’s cabin/groups, can download approved photos, and get weekly highlights instead of constant pings. The app includes consent management (who can be photographed, where images can be shared), simple moderation, and an “offline-first” capture mode for spotty camp Wi‑Fi that syncs later. This is not a magic “AI will run your camp” product—it's a practical workflow tool that reduces office calls and parent anxiety while keeping privacy tight. Camps pay per season; parents don’t need social media accounts or public sharing.
