CancelProof is a mobile + web app that generates “cancellation-ready” evidence packs and sends them through the right channel so users can actually get subscriptions terminated (and refunds when justified). Users forward an email, upload a chat transcript, or connect their inbox; the app extracts key facts (start date, renewal terms, cancellation attempts) and produces a concise timeline, screenshots, and a compliant cancellation notice. It then routes the request via certified email, web-form autofill, or postal mail (where required), and tracks deadlines with reminders. If a merchant drags their feet, CancelProof escalates with a second notice referencing applicable consumer rules and logs everything for chargeback support. This is an AI + traditional app: AI for extraction and drafting, traditional workflows for delivery, tracking, and audit logs. Monetization: per-cancel fee or monthly plan with a limited number of cancellations.
