CanopyCrew

CanopyCrew is a mobile + web app for small-to-mid tree care and forestry contractors to run jobs end-to-end with clean documentation. It replaces scattered texts, paper work orders, and missing “before/after” proof with a simple workflow: estimate, schedule crew, capture site photos, log species/DBH, record disposal tickets, and generate a client-ready report and invoice packet. The AI layer helps auto-label photos (stump grind, pruning, hazard tree), extract key details from notes/permits, and flag missing compliance items (e.g., utility clearance confirmation). This is not a fancy forestry platform; it’s practical ops software for crews that live in trucks and want fewer disputes, faster payments, and less admin. Offline mode matters because job sites often have poor reception. The goal is to reduce callbacks, speed approvals, and make every job defensible if a client argues scope or damage.
