CapexCarbon
CapexCarbon is a web app (with optional Excel add-in) that helps mid-market industrial and energy-adjacent companies translate real capital plans into an auditable net-zero pathway. Instead of generic “roadmaps,” it ties emissions reductions to specific projects (boiler replacement, electrification, efficiency retrofits, PPAs, fleet changes), with timelines, costs, and expected abatement. Users import a capex pipeline and utility/fuel data, then the app builds scenario pathways (baseline, compliant, aggressive) and flags gaps against SBTi-style targets and internal milestones. It outputs board-ready charts, a project-by-project marginal abatement cost curve, and a data room of assumptions and sources. It’s a combination traditional + AI app: AI assists with data mapping, categorizing projects, and drafting narrative disclosures, but calculations remain deterministic and transparent. The goal is fewer consultant hours, fewer spreadsheet errors, and a pathway that survives audit scrutiny.
