CapexProof

CapexProof is a web app (with optional mobile field companion) for governments, development banks, and infrastructure agencies to track whether infrastructure investments are actually progressing and producing outcomes. It ingests project schedules, budgets, procurement milestones, and contractor reports, then cross-checks them against evidence: geotagged site photos, satellite change detection, and on-the-ground inspection logs. An AI layer flags inconsistencies (e.g., claimed completion without visible progress), predicts schedule/budget slippage, and produces audit-ready narratives and dashboards for steering committees. The product is intentionally narrow: it focuses on “proof of progress” and early risk signals, not full ERP replacement. It supports standardized reporting templates aligned to common donor requirements, reducing the manual spreadsheet churn that slows disbursements. Realistically, it wins by being easier to deploy than heavyweight project controls suites while still providing credible, defensible monitoring evidence.
