CapoCircle is a mobile + web app for fan clubs and supporter groups to manage members, dues, events, and matchday coordination without drowning in WhatsApp threads and spreadsheets. It provides a simple membership database, tiered dues/subscriptions, digital ID cards, attendance check-ins, and event signups (away trips, watch parties, tifo builds). Built-in group chat is intentionally lightweight; the focus is operational clarity: who paid, who’s going, who needs a ride, and what tasks are covered. Leaders can assign roles (capo, treasurer, merch lead), collect waivers, and send targeted announcements by segment (new members, unpaid dues, away-day travelers). The app also includes a basic merch pre-order tool so groups stop fronting cash blindly. This is a traditional app with a small AI layer for auto-summarizing announcements and generating task checklists from event details.
