CapPulse

CapPulse is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for practical capacity planning in small-to-mid operations teams that live in spreadsheets but need a repeatable system. It ingests simple inputs—demand forecast, staffing/shift rules, machine/line constraints, changeover times, and planned downtime—then produces an achievable capacity plan with scenario comparisons (e.g., add overtime vs. outsource vs. shift swap). It connects to common systems (Shopify, QuickBooks, NetSuite exports, Google Sheets) without requiring a full ERP implementation. An AI assistant helps clean messy inputs, detect impossible plans (bottlenecks, utilization >100%, missing skills coverage), and generate “what changed” explanations stakeholders can understand. The product is intentionally opinionated: it focuses on 1–3 workflows (weekly planning, exception handling, and capacity vs. demand gap tracking) rather than trying to replace APS/ERP suites.
