CapTableFax is a web app with AI-assisted document extraction that turns messy fundraising history into an investor-ready cap table and audit trail. Founders upload past SAFEs, notes, option grants, and equity docs (even inconsistent PDFs), and the app parses key terms, flags missing signatures, inconsistent MFN clauses, and conflicting valuation caps. It then generates a clean cap table, pro-forma dilution scenarios for the next round, and a “data room checklist” that highlights what will slow diligence. The product is intentionally narrow: it doesn’t try to replace your lawyer or full equity platforms; it focuses on getting you from “spreadsheet hell” to “diligence-ready” fast. Export outputs to CSV and standard formats your counsel and investors already accept. If your documents are too messy, it tells you bluntly what can’t be trusted and what must be fixed manually.
