CapTableFix

CapTableFix is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps early-stage founders and startup lawyers detect and repair common cap table and equity paperwork problems before fundraising, acquisitions, or audits. Users import data from Carta/AngelList spreadsheets or upload PDFs (SAFEs, notes, option grants). The app flags inconsistencies like missing board/stockholder approvals, incorrect post-money SAFE math, unissued shares, stale 409A references, option pool mis-sizing, and signature/date gaps. It then generates a prioritized “fix list,” suggested remediation steps, and export-ready summaries for investors and counsel. This is not a replacement for legal advice; it’s a preflight checklist that reduces expensive back-and-forth and prevents founders from discovering fatal issues during diligence. Pricing is per company with an optional “deal room” add-on for sharing a sanitized diligence packet.
