CapTableKit

CapTableKit is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps incubators and early-stage founders keep equity, SAFEs, notes, option pools, and dilution scenarios accurate from day one. Most incubated teams hack this in spreadsheets until a financing round forces a painful cleanup, creating legal risk, founder disputes, and investor mistrust. CapTableKit focuses on the pre-seed reality: frequent small issuances, advisor grants, SAFE stacks, and messy historical data. It provides guided workflows for common events (new SAFE, conversion, option grant, founder vesting, secondary), a clean audit log, and investor-ready exports. It also includes an “incubator view” so program staff can monitor portfolio cap table health without seeing sensitive details they shouldn’t. This is a traditional app with AI assistance: AI helps import/normalize spreadsheet cap tables, detect inconsistencies, and suggest fixes, but users must approve every change.
