CapTableSnap is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that helps founders build a credible pitch valuation and dilution story without pretending there’s a single “correct” number. You enter your current cap table, planned round size, target runway, traction metrics, and comparable companies (or pick from curated comps by sector). The app generates a valuation range with clear assumptions, then shows dilution outcomes across scenarios (priced round vs SAFE, different discounts/caps, pro-rata, option pool refresh). It outputs investor-ready visuals: a one-page valuation rationale, a dilution waterfall, and a “terms sensitivity” sheet that highlights what actually matters. It’s an AI-assisted app: AI drafts the narrative and flags inconsistent inputs, but the math is deterministic and auditable. Brutal reality: it won’t magically get you funded; it will stop you from looking sloppy, overconfident, or numerically incoherent.
