CaptionCue

CaptionCue is a web + desktop companion for presenters that generates real-time captions and a clean transcript, but with one key twist: it syncs to your slide text and speaker notes to reduce hallucinated jargon and missed proper nouns. You upload a deck (PPTX/PDF) or paste an outline, then start a live session (Zoom/Meet/in-room). The app listens, produces captions, and continuously “anchors” terms to what’s on-screen, flagging uncertain words for one-tap correction without breaking the flow. After the session, it exports a polished transcript with timestamps, slide boundaries, and a glossary of corrected terms for future talks. It’s built for people who care about accuracy and accessibility but don’t have time to babysit captions. Realistically, it won’t beat enterprise captioning in every edge case, but it can outperform generic live captions for structured presentations.
