CaratProof is a web + mobile app (traditional app with light AI) that gives custom jewelers and their clients a shared, auditable project timeline for bespoke pieces. It replaces scattered texts, DMs, and email threads with structured milestones: design brief, CAD renders, stone selection, casting, setting, polishing, QA, and delivery. Clients approve each step with time-stamped sign-offs, and jewelers can attach photos, short videos, invoices, and care instructions. A simple “change order” flow captures scope changes (stone swaps, resizing, engraving) and automatically updates cost and delivery estimates. Light AI helps summarize client requests into a clean brief and flags missing details (ring size, metal, budget, deadline). This is not a CAD tool; it’s the accountability layer that reduces disputes, chargebacks, and endless back-and-forth.
