CarbonProof is a web app (with optional mobile capture) that focuses on the hardest part of Scope 1/2/3 reporting: defensible evidence. Instead of trying to be a full carbon accounting suite, it acts as an “audit binder” that collects, normalizes, and links source documents (utility bills, fuel receipts, freight invoices, supplier statements) to specific emissions factors, calculations, and reporting periods. An AI layer extracts key fields, flags missing or inconsistent data, and generates an audit trail explaining how each number was derived. It supports supplier outreach workflows for Scope 3 (requests, reminders, uploads), plus versioning so you can show what changed between disclosures. Export packages are designed for common frameworks (GHG Protocol mapping, limited assurance requests) so sustainability teams can survive audits without weeks of manual reconciliation.
