CardSortOps

CardSortOps is a web app (with optional mobile participant links) that helps teams validate and maintain information architecture through lightweight, always-on card sorting and tree testing. Instead of big, expensive IA studies, it lets you drip-feed small tasks to real users: rename a label, place a page, find an item in a tree. It automatically recruits from your own traffic (intercepts) or your customer list, then aggregates results into clear, decision-ready outputs: confusing labels, misgrouped content, and navigation paths that fail. An AI layer summarizes patterns, flags statistically weak results, and drafts recommended label/group changes with confidence levels—while keeping raw data visible so you can sanity-check it. It integrates with Jira/Linear to turn findings into tickets, and exports directly to spreadsheets and design tools. Realistically, it won’t replace a UX researcher, but it can reduce how often you need one for routine IA upkeep.
