CareChain

CareChain is a mobile + web app for pet sitters and walkers that creates tamper-resistant “care receipts” for every visit. Sitters check in via GPS, scan a QR code placed in the home (or on the leash), and log key actions (walk duration, feeding, meds, water refresh, litter/yard). Short photo/video clips are time-stamped and bundled into a single shareable report. Owners get a clean timeline and can set required steps (e.g., meds must be confirmed with a photo). The app is intentionally not a marketplace—no bidding wars, no race-to-the-bottom pricing—just a trust layer that any independent sitter can use. It also includes incident logging (vomit, limping, door left open) with a simple escalation flow and emergency contacts. Monetization: sitter subscription per active client, with optional owner add-ons for extended storage and vet-share reports.
