Instead of a chaotic text thread, it creates lightweight “care cards” (meal train, hospital visit, childcare, rides, check-ins) tied to a person and a timeline. Members can volunteer for specific tasks, get reminders, and mark completion so nothing falls through the cracks. Leaders get a simple dashboard showing who is receiving care, what’s pending, and where coverage is thin—without exposing sensitive details to everyone. Privacy is built-in: each request has visibility levels (leaders only, group, or individual invites) and an audit trail of who viewed it. This is not a content app; it’s operations for compassion, designed to reduce burnout and increase consistency in pastoral care.
